Chennai Weather Today

Chennai and its monsoon is a never-ending love story. While many believe that rain provides the essential water and resources for life on Earth, we Chennai residents tend to focus more on the holidays we get due to the rain than its benefits. Instead of appreciating the beauty of the rain, people often only think about work-from-home days or escaping tests. Rain has a unique charm that showers the world, even upon our houses. If people paused for a moment to recognize the beauty of the rain and the clouds surrounding them, they would undoubtedly feel love. Instead, they simply open their umbrellas and try hard not to get wet.

Rain is indeed the love language of Mother Earth. If you love her, you will hear her whispers in the rain. She cries and wails in pain from the misery she endures. She is joyful for all her children who coexist with her in various forms, yet she cannot bear the harm inflicted upon her. Mother Earth believes that giving her children time to learn from their mistakes would benefit both parties, but she remains unaware of the cruelty within her kin. All they do is exploit her to the depths of her roots, banishing her from existence. The only thing she can do is flood them with her tears. They have failed to understand her power in the past, and they continue to do so now. However, sooner or later, when she loses her patience, it will spell doom for humankind.

Believe it or not, we are nearing the end of the world. It is merely a matter of time before everything turns into atoms and molecules. All we can do is fulfill our duty to Mother Earth and bide our time, so we do not perish. If you come across rain, the next time don't try to open your umbrella instead open your senses to feel Mother Nature and her voice.

What is cringe?

It's OK to disobey your parents but not your peers. It's OK to quit being fit but not to say no to a cheat day. It's OK to cheat when they are hurting you but not to save yourself for the right person. It's OK to skip your education but not to cancel a nightclub. It's OK to say no to responsibilities but not to have a non-lavish common lifestyle. Living in debt is OK but not saying no to EMI purchases.

I don't know the world we live in right now. It's more like a backyard of the hell house. People call the good qualities like being honest, true to self, gaining knowledge, studying hard, obeying elders and parents, and not causing harm to any living beings CRINGE. Whereas, cheating on people, backbiting, lying, drinking, smoking, drugs, and whatnot have been termed as social responsibilities.

People of this generation have the concept of this phrase, "YOLO - You Only Live Once" wrong. It was never meant to hurt others for your selfish reasons, drinking to be socially active, buying a brand new phone just out of interest through EMI, cheating on your partner just because you had the chance, having more than one relationship, spending your hard-earned money on a 5-star dinner. Since you have been given privileges that many beings don't get you can use them to mend the broken.

Since you live only once, try to not be a burden to others and yourself. That's what YOLO is all about. The topic covers a vast expertise we'll cover in the upcoming posts. Moving back to the title, if you still don't understand what is cringe after reading this, Let god save you.

If you have any criticisms or recommendations, don't hesitate to comment. After all, we are just a small speck of cosmic dust in this universe.

How many genders are there in the world? / What is the difference between sex and gender?

Why do these new genders arrive and boom all of a sudden?

When I was a child there were only two genders: Male and Female. Then came the other category: they were called transgender. That was acceptable by the people as it was a hormonal problem and people couldn't do anything about that. But nowadays there are (I can't even count it) n number of genders with random meanings. Even talking on this topic has become violent or inhumane. But to me, this particular topic amuses me and makes me wonder about the brain activity of the homo sapient society. As scientists have mentioned in the past decades humans will continue to evolve and evolution is the key to the universe, I don't see this as an evolution. It's an excuse for people to not care about their roles and live their wannabe lives.

Let's first know the difference between a sex and a gender. Sex refers to the biological and physiological characteristics that define humans as male or female. Gender refers to the social, cultural, and psychological characteristics and roles that society assigns to individuals based on their perceived or assigned sex at birth. Sex is typically assigned at birth based on physical anatomy, but it is distinct from gender, which refers to the roles, behaviors, and identities that societies associate with individuals based on their sex. While sex is biological, gender is more about identity and social expression.

According to the sexual-identity website, there are 172 genders in the world as of now. I mean like WHAAAATTTT??? And it also includes x-gender(x-men and x-women ig). And the funniest part is not that, if you happen to read certain meanings for their gender identities, automatically it winds up being either women or men. I'm not targeting a community and roasting them but to look deeper, these are not a concept to skim. People being more influenced by their peers, movies and series often get the feeling that they "want to have an identity".

I wanted to write on this topic as I see this as an illness in young individuals being concentrated on different things. Even though people will call me bad for this, I have a right to speak my opinion as the community people say, "It's my right to choose". If I understand them correctly, gender is still a declared mannerism by society, if they say I don't want to follow rules declared by society and want to live on my own terms, then what are they doing now??

Tips to boost your career as a fresher / What actually happens when you complete your UG/PG degree?

Will a graduate receive an offer at MNC immediately as a fresher or after completing his/her degree?

The answer to this question falls on being tentative as a degree never guarantees you the job in this timeline. It hugely depends on the college you study, the staff you meet, the subjects you skip, the exams you cheat, and the marks you lose. According to reports from the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE), around 9 million students graduate annually from higher education institutions in India(only). This includes undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma holders. Being one of them and getting a high-paying job in the software field is actually a miracle. If you are putting in enough handwork by studying day and night even in your dreams, then there is a chance that you might win the lucky draw and get the win but if you don't even know what you are doing in your grad days then obviously you are just a lost star in the cosmos.

Most of the students are engaged in learning courses from various platforms (which can be free or paid) they have an opportunity to get a special entry in the queue but that's just the entry ticket for the queue, if you have done an internship it helps you to skip the line and move forward a little and that's it. Nothing guarantees you a job, especially in this recession period. Numerous experienced people in the field don't have a job right now and that makes you just a fish in the sea. Here are some tips I've learned in the journey and want to share with you. If you are a student, you might find this helpful. If you are a fresher, you can also concentrate on these but let the lord have mercy on you and grant you luck.

Tips to get a job as a fresher:
  • Choose your field. If you want to be in the software field, kindly decide what you are going to be in your first year of your college program. Trust me this will be a life-saving tip, if you choose what you are going to be in your first year, then attend all the workshops, seminars, internships, and courses related to that field and build you as you will have more than enough time during those days. Your field may be development, testing, engineering, automation, AI, UI/UX, etc.
  • Do your research. Reach the professionals and gather information about the field and what is needed. It may be your abroad uncle or your people who have knowledge about it. For me, it's always been my bruh(versha).
  • Keep your resume straight. This doesn't mean you have to be a non-supporter of a community. If you want to become a developer, then do your courses and internships related to that role. This helps to add value to your resume. People just do courses in various fields such as Python, Java, ML, and whatnot. Your college may say to do as many courses as you can but I assure you that is not gonna help you.
  • Keep your basics strong. This includes your aptitude skills and basic program skills. These skills are mandatory for anyone in the field. Build your communication strong and firm. Work on your English. There is never a stop for your foundation. Like every other monument in the world, you are going to be strong only if your foundations are strong.
  • Go for it. If you are still looking for tips, then you might not be in the market. Just go and attend interviews, tests, and whatnot, and you will gain experience on how to crack your next one. Believe it or not, if you do not get more interview experience, you will not have an overview of corporate life before entering into it(personal advice).
There's not much to say as an observant. It is you who have to make your decisions precisely and timely. Always keep a heads-up on the happenings of the field and be prepared. Feel free to write to me in the comments to share your opinions and views. After all, we humans are just a speck of cosmic dust in this universe.
